solver Posted February 2, 2020 Share Posted February 2, 2020 That's really stemwalls with footings and a slab floor instead of a wood structure. Use a Pony Wall for the stem wall. Try adding the insulation to the top part of the Pony Wall and add the insulation to the floor definition. Check Hang 1st Floor Platform Inside Foundation Walls.
