Help with a Shed Roof

Hi guys, I'm new here and pretty new to Chief Architect. I have Home Designer Suite 2020, not the Premier version. I'm a graphic designer, just working up plans for a builder to show his concepts to clients. I'm having problems with a shed roof. I've looked up a bunch of videos and steps on how to do it, but it's not coming out quite right. I'll attach images.

 

I have the 2nd floor height set to 2 feet, because that seemed to be the only way to get the roof to go Shed. The front (high) wall of the 2nd floor needs to be about 10 ft tall, and the back wall needs to be 2-3 ft tall. I have the front wall marked as High Shed/Gable Wall, the back as a Knee Wall, and the two side walls as Full Gable. In the video I watched, the side walls automatically adjusted to fill in, and the high shed wall bumped up as well to the height it needed to be for the roof pitch (which I have set as 3" in 12). I just can't seem to figure out where I've gone wrong and would very much appreciate some advice!

Turn off Auto Rebuild Roofs, raise the ceiling height on the 2nd floor.

 

All the Home Designer products except Pro with its manual roofs require this, as they build the roof starting with the ceiling height.

Thank you so much, that fixed it! Everything I was reading and watching was saying to have Auto Rebuild Roofs on.

The back wall does not need to be set as a knee wall.  

Ceiling height will determine where the roof eave rests on that wall.  The height of the high shed wall (10'?) is determined by the roof pitch set on the back wall.
Uncheck 'ceiling over this room' to eliminate the low ceiling plane that is showing.

Place a thin 10' tall soffit up against the interior high shed wall (make the side wall invisible so that you can see the roof pitch in relation to the 10' soffit.  Start raising or lowering the roof pitch on the back wall until you see the ceiling touching the top of the soffit.

If you have set the room ceiling height to 3', then the roof pitch on this size building will need to be 4 7/16".
If you have set the ceiling height to 2', then the roof pitch will need to be 5 1/16"

Should you decide you want a flat ceiling that is lower than 10', now is the time to turn off auto build roof.   Then, reset the room ceiling height and recheck the 'ceiling over this room' box.

Eric's comments got me fixed up, but thank you! I do still have a weirdness going on with my ceiling not reaching all the way up to the roof, so I will try some of your suggestions to see if it fixes it.
