How do I split a wall into 2 walls?

I'm new at this.  After making my floor plan, I realized that one of the exterior walls isn't one straight one, but actually juts out a couple of feet near one end.

 

So how can I split that one exterior wall into two walls so I can move a portion of it out 2 feet?  I've looked at the videos but can't figure it out.  I'm about to start from scratch it's taking me so long to figure this out!

That can be done using the Wall Break tool , the icon looks like a wall  (blue) with a zigzag thru it  , check you Manual or the online help for Break Wall  which is on page 184 of my manual ,so you know how to place the break etc.

Thanks KBird1... I couldn't find it because I was using the wrong terminology.. "split,"cut," etc.

You can always select and then delete a mis-drawn wall. Then draw it correctly.
