atictin Posted November 15, 2017 Author Share Posted November 15, 2017 Thanks for the replies. The Add New is "whited out" and is not useable. I've attached the plan so I hope you can find the issue. Note: we are in a 2 storey townhouse with party walls on each side....in case you are curious about the external walls as shown. Thanks. solver Posted November 15, 2017 Share Posted November 15, 2017 Don't know why it's this way, but here is how to fix. Select everything on level 2 and copy (or cut) it. Use the Delete Current Floor tool. Create a new blank floor, setting the ceiling height and any other structure settings. Paste/Hold Position the copied floor.
