VandWInteriors Posted September 15, 2017 Share Posted September 15, 2017 We use Home Designer Architectural 2017 at present, and are contemplating upgrading to Home Designer Pro. A number of the vendors we source items from offer us CAD blocks for items. I need help figuring out how to convert the DWG files to DXF files so that they can be read by Home Designer Pro. We are hoping that we can get 3d images of actual products we are proposing to our clients. So far I have only been able to get a 2d image of the product to show up on the plan, and as I switch to a 3d view the image disappears. I have attached the error message I receive when trying to import as a 3d symbol as well as the fill I am trying to import. Please HELP!!!!
