Never heard of any objects with that name (KNX), Eric's advice to check 3D Warehouse is a good suggestion, I do not think Home Designer has any such objects. If I knew what you were talking about specifically I might be then able to help with an alternate selection that would serve.

Thirding confusion over the "KNX" acronym.  As near as I could tell from Google, it might have something to do with smart home automation, but nothing relevant in an image search is clear on what the hardware would look like applicable to a 3D symbol for use in modeling it in Home Designer.

KNX is a widely used home/building automation system: knx.org

Maybe this a more European centerde system?

In general i am looking for any symbols of sensors: moisture detector etc, temperature sensor etc.

The general sensors like smoke, heat are already in the library.

The website you linked to just looks like an association with a bunch of different manufacturers that are part of it.  It doesn't look like they actually make anything themselves?

https://www.knx.org/knx-en/manufacturers/list/index.php

Try searching the 3D Warehouse for the specific type of symbol, or go directly to a manufacturer that you know makes them and see if they provide 3D symbol objects of their products in a file format compatible with Home Designer.

You could probably also import an image and make it a Stretch to Fit material of an image if you find something close for the sensors and just apply it to a closed box Shape from the Library Browser.
