Offset Roof Question

I searched the forums and found this discussion (https://hometalk.chiefarchitect.com/index.php?/topic/1387-offset-center-of-roof/?hl=%2Boffset+%2Broof+%2Bline#entry8053), which seems to be a similar problem to mine, but I have a slight wrinkle.  I have spent more time that I care to admit trying to figure this out.  Basically, all I am trying to do is make my roof appear in the attached pictures where the front potion of the house is lower than the rear, but the peaks are aligned.  Additionally, I am struggling to get the side gable and the rear roof to all be the same height.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Here is dropbox link to PLAN file (too large to attach): https://www.dropbox.com/s/e5p9w9ewvbyzumm/House_Plan.plan?dl=0

Roofs are controlled by the spaces below. Ceiling heights force the roof up or down.

Once you have the roof as you want it, turn off Auto Rebuild Roofs, and change the ceiling heights back to where they should be.

It looks like your model is not matching the print.
