Creating a Velux window within a skylight

I may have missed this when searching the knowledge base, but I can't find an example of a skylight window that opens.  In Europe we can source these through Velux which provides various size windows that go into a roof opening (i.e., skylight) and can be opened.

 

Has anyone created a window object that looks like a Velux that can be placed into a skylight or opening in the roof plane?  Trying to place a window into the skylight hasn't work for me (or I don't know how to do it).

There is a skylight tool and it does what it does, if you want something else you have to make it in Sketch Up and then download - import it into Suite
