I just did this on a plan I'm working on right now. | house | | | +-----------+ +----------+ | porch | +---------+ <-- make this a gable wall even though it is a railing. I did this in HDA 2015. Kbird1 Posted September 7, 2015 Share Posted September 7, 2015 As Sue pointed out if its a Porch the Roof will build auto if your move the railing out , Decks don't have Roofs by default, so you will need to turn Roofs back on in the Deck Room's DBX (dialog Box) on the Structure tab for it to show up after moving the Railing Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
