How do I upload the image or file? It shows error when I tried to attach the file.

How to build the foundation wall smaller than the basement wall on a terrain sloped terrain. 
I builded a house on a sloped terrain with a basement floor (0) larger than the foundation floor 1, the dimension of the basement floor (0) is 70'x31' and the foundation floor 1 is 50'x31'. when I look at the basement floor (0) on 3D, found the terrain is inside the house, it only suppress the terrain following the side of the foundation floor, do anyone know how can we correct this.
