Is there a good work around for this offset stem wall from the footing issue in HD Pro 2021? That is the only version that I have and I’d like for my foundation walls to be centered on my footings. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I am working in HD Pro 2021 and no longer have roof overhang dimensions when I select the roof plane. I need to adjust my overhang to exactly 12 inches and the length of the overhang is no longer displaying. It once did, but I must have changed a setting unknowingly. Can someone point me in the right direction. Thanks!

I do not want an exterior dimension line to the middle of the sidelite (window). I'd like for the dimension line to go to the middle of the exterior door only.

I have placed a window beside my door and that looks great on the floor plan and exterior elevation view. However, it creates an issue with automatic exterior dimensions. The dimensions shows measurements for a window, which is actually inaccurate if the intent is to use a door/sidelite mulled unit.

I have been unable to figure out the following:
1. How to create twin windows (double windows). I'd like to have a mulled twin 3/0-5/0 window. Are there any other options besides placing two 3/0-5/0 windows beside one another or placing a 6/0-5/0 window in the wall?
2. How to create an exterior entry door with sidelites on each side.

Attached is a pic of a plan (one of my plans drawn by a draftsman many years ago) and there is a half bath under the stairway in which the toilet and wall behind the wall is grayed out and drawn with dashed lines. The toilet and wall are both visible in the plan view under the stairway. Can I do this in Home Designer Pro 2021? If so, if anyone can point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to all who respond!

I have lost the toolbar at the bottom left corner of my screen that houses the roof joining tool, center object, etc. I have looked all over trying to figure out how to get it back and how I caused this. Any tips on how to get this back would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to all who respond.

When I attempt to move objects (cad objects, windows, doors, etc.) by selecting them and dragging them, my objects move several inches at a time. I would like to be able to move them in small increments (1 inch), but I can't find a setting to make the change. Is there a way to do this? Thanks to all who assist!

Over the past couple of days, I've got to the point that I can complete a simple plan that is satisfactory to my needs (foundation plan, floorplan, elevations). However, I experience great difficulty when I try to enlarge a completed plan. I assume that it is a simple process for an experienced user to open a completed plan and modify it by making the exterior dimensions greater to enlarge the square footage. When attempting to do this, I have difficulties in a couple of areas listed below:
A. Getting the roof back to being correct
- Roofs wont auto rebuild to the way they were before, even after I set all wall/roof specs as they were before
- Changing roof pitches is now impossible (for me -- new user)
- Auto roof returns no longer work (full, etc.)
Would anyone care to give me some pointers on what I should consider before I just lengthen exterior dimensions in order for plan to be able to be "put back together" the way that it was before my changes? Starting from scratch each time I want to grow an existing model isn't appealing to me if I can keep from doing so.

I am a new user for Home Designer Pro and began learning the software yesterday evening. I have a couple of questions:
1. I would like to have a half post, instead of a full length post, in front of a window at the porch. How can I change the full length post to be a half post?
2. How can I add outside corner trim (vinyl corners) to my exterior vinyl siding at each corner?
